And we have the courage to think in new ways about our digital services. Now we want to add a digital product manager to be responsible for the commercial success of our platform. The position we offer Nordea Markets gives Nordea’s corporate customers access to international capital markets – online and offline. Thousands of foreign exchange deals are executed on our online platform, e-Markets, every day and our turnover is measured in billions of EUR. Our platform is leading in the Nordics and we are a first mover when it comes to thinking customer experience into our platform design. Our ambition is to develop e-Markets from being a foreign exchange insights and execution service, to being a strategic cornerstone for scalable marketing and distribution to small and medium sized corporate customers. As our new product manager, you will drive return on investment on digital platforms. It will be your responsibility to set targets for penetration of the e-Markets platform and for sales of Markets products through Nordea’s various other digital platforms. You and your team will be tasked with building understanding of customer digital behaviour so as to drive data-driven decision making in sales, marketing and development. You will be responsible for go-to-market strategies and, as a natural consequence, accountable for meeting targets. You will head a team of three employees and your location can be Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo or Helsinki. You will work in close collaboration with our four e-Sales teams in each of the Nordic capitals. You will be part of the Digital Platforms and Marketing management group. The qualifications you need In short, you have a passion for customers and the skills and experience to match our size and ability. We are looking for these qualifications: -Several years of previous experience with sales through digital channels – probably from a different domain than banking -Previous track record of increasing digital plat-form sales or take up of a digital platform -Curiosity and genuine interest in your customer and his/her needs -Firm and demonstrable commitment to user-driven product management informed by data -Proficiency with digital conversion, retention and engagement optimisation techniques -Knowledge about online marketing platforms is an added benefit Our working language and the language on our platforms is English, so you have to be confident in English, in writing as well as in speech.
