Are you passionate about toys? Would you like to explore the endless world of children’s imagination and play with LEGO® Bricks all day long? And do you want to shape the play experiences of children all over the world? Turn ideas into toys You will create the world's best building and play experiences for boys and girls through brands like LEGO® DUPLO, LEGO® Juniors, LEGO Classic, LEGO Brand Disney Princess or LEGO Friends. We are looking for a number of designers to sketch, prototype & develop new play experiences & products as part of a team of product or concept designers. In doing so, you: Work with the whole design process, ranging from research and co-creation over ideation and sketching of concepts and build models from LEGO® bricks Create new stories, themes and concepts and maturing them into new play experiences and products Will be part of a creative, international, open-minded and teamwork oriented environment Passionate about the impact of play In a culture that is famous for collaboration and creativity, you will work closely in teams to brainstorm, create and design products that delight and inspire children globally. You will join a large international design team in Billund, counting approximately 200 designers from around the world who are passionate about the impact of play. You just know how to create fun and playful toys To be a success, you enjoy working in a team, you want to learn and you know how to create playful concepts. In addition, you: Have a formal education in industrial product or toy design Have work experience as Product or Toy Designer, alternative internship experience Are fluent in spoken and written English Are passionate about design and toy, have a high personal drive and enjoy taking initiative Have an innovative mind - which combined with the child inside - you enables you to create ideas and concepts for the world's most critical audience Have a talent for colours and shapes, a firm grasp of the design process and skills in sketching and the basic design programs e.g. Adobe based programs Join the global family of LEGO® In the LEGO® Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you will collaborate across.
