Bringing world class hearing solutions to market In your new role, you will be part of our Portfolio Management & Market Release team, currently consisting of 35 dedicated and motivated colleagues. Bringing innovative and market relevant hearing solutions, thereby increased quality of life, to experienced and to first-time users of hearing aids, is the main responsibility of your new job. To this end, you will be responsible of making specific business plans around a range of products on our road map. Your tasks include the following: To ensure that the necessary and relevant insight about competitors, market needs and trends are gathered and channeled to our development in order to optimize both the product’s business potential and their competitive strength. Based on the analyses of market needs, define the detailed product characteristics and value proposition, acting as a trustworthy ambassador on behalf of both customers and end-users. In collaboration with our international sales companies, bring products from development and production to the market. Present and represent the products when preparing and participating in national launches. What we are looking for Ideally, you have a commerce or engineering degree at Master level combined with a few years of experience in product sales and marketing. Furthermore, experience from a larger, complex organization would be an advantage, as this has probably stretched your ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver the agreed product on time. The skills and competencies below are desirable: A strong commercial mindset backed up by massive experience in strategic marketing, business management and international product launches. A good understanding of how market needs translate into product specifications and success criteria for the target audience. A solid experience in project management. A general knowledge about device construction and technologies. Good communication skills in English, written and oral. Lastly, knowledge of medical regulatory processes is considered advantageous.
