You will define the Global Standard processes to support organizational initiatives and will define process mastery and the required people enablers for effective process execution. This role will also work with IS to define technology enablers and will ensure we leverage best practices as appropriate. Global Sourcing Global Sourcing is responsible for all direct and indirect material at Vestas. The P2P team is part of the indirect organization and operating with a global solution supporting the overall strategy. Responsibilities: What you’ll do: Senior Integration lead Reporting to P2P director Design, build and deliver scalable technology processes and tools to support purchase to pay and travel from a global perspective Drive the definition of product vision, strategy and the product roadmap Work across the business to create a shared understanding of what drives the highest business value and how it impacts priorities and delivery schedules; set and manage expectations effectively Communicate clearly and frequently with internal stakeholders to promote buy in and awareness on product direction Continually explore new technologies to optimize performance, efficiency and transparency with internal stakeholders Formulate guidelines, target controls and design standardized process all while optimizing the speed in which city teams conduct their operations Ensure policies are aligned with department, business and regulatory objectives Lead P2P work stream integration activities, ensure detailed guidance and structure across P2P work streams – ensuring that all work stream deliverables and continuous interconnected and delivering on the overall agree program scope Areas to integrate: Work process, roles, Flows, Policy, Work instruction, Category and Buying channels, Technology, Master Data, Training and dependency Qualifications: Min: 10 years hands on experience within P2P excellence and transformation To be successful in this role you will bring significant experience within strategic sourcing with the ability to manage and lead procurement services processing teams through researching and applying procurement service industry leading practices. You will have the ability to interpret and analyze financial data and discuss and agree savings and compliance concepts and definitions with Controlling and Finance. You should have familiarity with procurement services transaction flow and controls and the ability to meet and exceed quality and customer satisfaction goals. It is critical that you can analyze customer needs through soliciting, evaluating and acting upon customer feedback and advocate customer, employee and owner philosophy, ensuring the overall professionalism. Competencies: SAP skills - medium to strong knowledge Microsoft office - strong Holistic and process oriented Result driven - perfect at closing tasks Fluent in English - written + spoken Success – Drive the P2P team to deliver a fully integrated P2P solution, where the right details are provided timely to deliver the right and needed solutions.
