Measure and analyse the impact and performance of our services and solutions In this role, you join the Digital Solutions department, which is part of the LEGO® Consumer Marketing Agency (CMA). CMA is our internal full service agency, delivering everything from communication strategies and concepts to packaging, TV commercials, content and websites. In order to continuously improve our digital services and solutions, your job will be to measure and analyse the output, stability and performance of our digital deliveries. More specifically, you will: Ensure that key performance indicators are defined, monitored and reported back to the product owner Help improve functional stability and campaign effectiveness, for instance by carrying out A/B tests, feature comparisons etc. Work closely with our Global Insights team on analytics and general insights of our channels and campaigns Find parameters that reflect consumer satisfaction and cooperate with our Platform team to establish new analytics tools Communicate results and analyses to relevant stakeholders Join our supportive, collaborative community At the LEGO Group, insights are highly valued, and we will give you the freedom, space and trust to make a real impact on our performance. Digital analyst with a holistic and analytical mind-set To succeed in this position, you have a solid understanding of user research and digital technologies, and you know how to design for these – maybe from your previous experience working at a digital agency. You have great collaboration and communication skills, and you are able to structure complex findings into actionable points which are useful for a broad group of stakeholders. Moreover, you: Have a relevant educational degree and a portfolio showcasing feature- and product-level design abilities.
