International pharmaceutical company Fertin is a family-owned pharmaceutical company based in Denmark. Although we are considered small (600+ employees), we are the world’s leading B2B supplier of nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) chewing gum and our partner base includes some of the leading global pharmaceutical/consumer health companies. We are looking to accelerate our growth both within the NRT therapeutic area and other medicated chewing gums, as well as to increase awareness and visibility of Fertin’s products and capabilities across relevant industries. To meet these goals, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to assist in the execution of Fertin’s marketing initiatives across various platforms. Your mission: Reporting to the Senior Business Development and Marketing (BD&M) Manager and implement/execute Fertin’s marketing initiatives at trade exhibitions/conferences and in web-based applications. The Marketing Coordinator will also ensure the development of various communication materials in print form which would include: company/business presentations, product information sheets and packaging for product samples, all of which will support Fertin’s marketing efforts in a B2B environment. Main Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Senior BD & M Manager, your tasks will be broken down approximately as follows: • Website-related duties (Website updates, CRM, Sales/Marketing Inbox, Visitor information, SEO, Linkedin, website statistics) • Trade show planning and implementation • Preparing communication materials (update existing and prepare new), including direct contact with agencies, packaging and material suppliers • Ad hoc and marketing administration tasks as defined by the Senior BD & M Manager. You will also represent Fertin in the industry, including exhibitions and conferences, where appropriate. Required Experience & competencies: • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within a B2B environment; Undergraduate degree in Marketing is a plus; • Proven track record of executing and implementing Marketing plans; • Stong and demonstrated skills working with Information Technology and particularly with managing websites; • Outgoing personality with a service-oriented attitude and an ability to work with others; • Strong English communication skills, particularly in written form.
