Create transparency of marketing efforts towards senior management You join Brand Development & Marketing Management (BDMM), which is the marketing center of excellence in the LEGO Group. We provide global guidance on brand development, marketing planning, media management and marketing effectiveness. In the role as marketing analyst, you support our efforts in driving an effective global marketing planning process, and your job is to help make our decisions more fact-driven. You will do so by: - Collecting, connecting and validating data in a complex marketing landscape - Extracting conclusions and providing input on marketing recommendations to senior leadership stakeholders - Uncovering and defining marketing reporting needs and demands - Maturing our set-up for marketing planning and reporting, including data visualisation Creativity, learning and fun Our culture is famous for creativity, learning and fun, and you will be encouraged to use your analytical skills and creativity systematically. Solid marketing and data knowledge The key to success in this role is your ability to leverage your analytical skills to extract conclusions while navigating a complex marketing organisation. With your great collaboration skills, you are able to communicate with a complex matrix of stakeholders, tailoring your messages to marketing managers, brand managers and senior leadership within the LEGO Group. You have a service-minded attitude, and you can handle unforeseen tasks and challenges. Moreover, you have: A marketing degree combined with a few years of relevant working experience, for instance as a consultant or in a similar analytical position Experience in process and report development Solid skills in Excel, Power Point and preferably also SAP Fluency in English Bringing it to life "This is a chance to be exposed to and impact our global marketing planning.
