Lead a team of your own
We are in the earlier stages of transforming the entire IT set-up – including people, processes and technology – to be more service-centric. Referring to our Head of IT Service Delivery, you will lead a team of dedicated IT infrastructure architects working to develop and evolve the IT infrastructure to support our cloud-dominant future and digital services.
Specifically, you:
• Develop, evolve and maintain the IT infrastructure service, technology and ecosystem road map in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture
• Drive the development and evolution of an IT infrastructure service catalogue
• Drive the development and maintenance of life cycle plans for IT infrastructure services and technologies
• Streamline and optimize the technology and vendor landscape
• Develop and maintain a holistic plan of all IT infrastructure development activities
• Develop and maintain a future transformation plan and provide timely input to the annual budgeting process
• Foster and drive a service-centric high-performance culture of communication, collaboration and consistency driven by requirements and outcomes
• Drive the change of skillsets within the team towards a modern cloud and mobile world
Connect widely throughout IT
In this position, you will be connected to our entire technology universe, including IT Operations, Project & Portfolio Management, Information Security, Solution Development and many other functions. This is a great opportunity for you to create a solid network within the GN Group and have your voice and opinions travel very far.
A people manager, change agent and infrastructure specialist
Collaborative and always curious, you are driven to explore opportunities and to take initiative when you spot them, engaging those around you to ensure they are brought to life. You have strong interpersonal skills and a flair for driving organizational changes and handling any challenges that may follow.
With a consulting mindset as well as an analytical and structured approach, you are ready to take the lead on a large-scale project such as this, and you understand how to prioritize tasks to ensure success.
Furthermore, you have:
• Proven experience of driving global IT infrastructure transformation programs
• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure architecture and solutions
• 5+ years of management experience
• Experience with managing project financials and line budgets – experience with managing vendor agreements is a great plus
• Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes, cloud infrastructures, agile methods and DevOps
• Excellent communication skills, and you speak fluent English
