Put ethics and right behaviour on top of the agenda Reporting to the head of Business Conduct & Ethics which is part of Corporate Risk & Business Compliance, your focus will be our corporate priority of continuous development of our global ethics and compliance programme. You will mainly support the Americas and European regions, but you will also be supporting the Asian region. Building of strong, global and broad relationships will be of vital importance for your success in this position. In overview your primary tasks will be to: Facilitate to the development of our global ethics and compliance programme Facilitate to the ongoing development of the infrastructure and capabilities at hand in the LEGO Group in respect to ethical business conduct Support deployment of training within ethical business conduct and right behaviour Assist in creating and deploying monitoring controls Assist in investigating reports of potential misconduct Assist in creating periodic reports on the state of ethical business conduct Travel 40-60 days per year to facilitate training and Projects Join a family owned Company We offer you the opportunity to succeed in a family-owned company that's passionate about the impact of play. In addition you match the qualifications below: A degree with an emphasis on courses covering corporate ethics and responsibility +3 years of work experience within global ethical programs/training, monitoring, project management and management systems - preferably in a large organisation Theoretical and practical knowledge in regards to anticorruption legislation such as the FCPA and the UK Bribery Act Experience in developing and facilitating global ethics training and related communication materials (including e-learning programs) Knowledge about monitoring controls Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relations across geographical, professional and cultural borders Overview and the energy needed to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Solid MS Office skills especially Powerpoint and Excel English proficiency - additional language skills e.g. Spanish are beneficial Bringing it to life "LEGO is one of the most recognizable and respected brands in the market.
