Are you a logistics expert and do you want to lead diverse and complex projects on major hospital projects in Denmark? Then you might be our new colleague and work within a field key to the strategy of Ramboll Buildings.

Hospital Logistics Denmark is part of a growing entity within Ramboll Buildings and works on projects in several countries. Our heritage and expertise in the field means that we are among the leading consultants within planning, implementation, project management, dimensioning and financial calculations for automation systems and transport equipment for the hospital sector.

Your responsibilities as Lead Project Manager
As our new colleague and the leading project manager for Hospital Logistics in Denmark, you will be involved in the project lifecycle from master planning to completion. This involves identifying clients and initiating contact, participating in client meetings where you together with the client sets the frame for the project.

Together with your colleagues in both Copenhagen and Berlin you analyse and evaluate technical implementation, manage a team working on drawings and calculations and sets requirements specifications. To ensure a close interaction with the clients you will be participating in continuous status meetings and you will be responsible for projects from initial ideas to implementation.

You will be working in a very innovative environment and help develop own tools and solutions to fit our clients needs. Digitalisation and automation are key words in your daily work, and yours and the rest of the department’s work will be on the forefront of digital innovation in the industry.

Outgoing and innovative and technical insight
You will be working closely with our existing clients and through successful projects perhaps even expanding the client portfolio. To succeed in this role you rely on your outgoing and affiliative nature and you feel comfortable when meeting people for the first time.

Furthermore you enjoy working in an innovative environment where both products and work processes are subject to change and improvement. You are yourself also innovative and flexible, enabling you to generate original solutions to complex and unique client demands.

You can keep a calm overview in sometimes very diverse projects and tasks. You do this you’re your structured and analytical approach to your work focusing mainly on the bigger picture and leading a team of experts, while still understanding the importance of attention to detail.

On a more professional note, we imagine our colleague to be/have:

• An education within automation, supply chain or similar
• A keen interest or experience in automatic transport, logistics and processes
• Experience with planning and complex systems/organisations e.g. hospitals
• Fluency in Danish and English - + German is an advantage but not a prerequisite

If you have experience from working on projects in the health care sector it will be an advantage, but not a necessity.
