Milestone Systems is recruiting an IT supporter in our EMEA service desk department.

You will be part of a team of 6 talented colleagues based in Denmark.

The successful candidate should be independent, flexible, service minded, curious and have lots of drive. You must be prepared to engage in a rostering system with the other employees in the IT Department.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to EMEA users, troubleshooting, standardization and stability of IT infrastructure Ensure customer satisfaction – with great empathy and understanding of your colleagues ' and clients ' needs Creation and setup of computers, printers, mobile phones, etc. Support of networks and virtual servers. Drive projects and ad hoc tasks.

Preferred skills & competencies:

You have minimum 2 years or more experience, with IT support of end users as well as extensive experience with troubleshooting and problem solving within the above areas.

You have a relevant educational background, such as IT-supporter or equivalent practical experience. You have a genuine interest in IT and keep you up-to-date on new technologies. Strong communication skills. You are good with creating relationships and are able to advise and mediate complex contexts. Experience from operational tasks associated with the IT infrastructure will be seen, as a plus but is not required.

You are result-oriented – and working systematically, structured and targeted. You are passionate about, to optimize workflows and document these. You have a robust mind and retains an overview in hectic situations. Strong English skills, both vocally and in writing.
