About the department You will get the opportunity to join a newly reorganized organization; we are an international and high performing team in Bagsværd, Denmark, responsible for developing and maintaining the quality management system for and Quality process in Novo Nordisk A/S. We work in close collaboration with key internal stakeholders. We establish the Quality processes’ strategies and manage the development projects needed within healthcare Quality processes. The job Internship to support Quality process governance and development. You will support the Quality Process Exerts in stakeholder management in day-to-day business processes and tasks. In this role you will support the sustainability of the a secretariat for a Quality Gatekeeper function to our document management system, help promote and operate our new initiative “The Golden SOP award”, work with Process experts on management presentations, drivers of networks and assist on daily communication and planning. Qualifications We are looking for an intern who is passionate about driving networks and communication. You are currently studying on your master’s degree in communication, change management, project management or other relevant field. General knowledge of what makes good communication will be needed and you must have experience using Microsoft Office and if you have worked with Microsoft SharePoint or similar web tool it will be preferred. We expect candidates to be service minded, thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude. Fluency in both oral and written English; ability to manage a large volume of tasks (with supervision); sound personal judgment; and excellent interpersonal skills are required. You are an outgoing person with a strong personal drive and dedication. You have professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative. In addition, you thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. Finally, you must have strong work ethic and willingness to take responsibility for your own learning. Practicalities Requirement: Students in their first or second year of their master studies. Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 4-6 months.
