In Global Development, we are responsible for managing clinical drug development worldwide from early development phases to product introduction. We ensure delivery of documentation for clinical submissions and authorities while ensuring that the process lives up to uniform global standards, regulations and business ethics. About the department In Clinical Operations, Haemophilia we are a team of 70 highly skilled and ambitious colleagues responsible for the planning and execution of phase 1 through 4 clinical trial activities in accordance with the Product Development Plans within haemophilia and rare bleeding disorders. We collaborate closely with Medical Specialists, Clinical Pharmacologists, Regulatory Affairs and other areas involved in defining and driving forward the development projects in our broad pipeline containing a mix of early and late stage projects. Our environment is characterised by challenging assignments in a worldwide network, where we collaborate closely with Novo Nordisk affiliates. We focus on continuous personal and professional development and offer interesting opportunities in a large headquarter function. The job You will drive the planning, execution and finalisation of an international multi-center clinical trial in children with haemophilia. You will act as a project manager, ensuring through collaboration with global stakeholders and external partners that planned milestones are met on time and with quality. You will either be responsible for, or provide input to key documents, e.g. protocol, patient recruitment plans, and you will contribute to the setup of clinical IT systems and central laboratories. You will participate in and contribute to Investigator and Monitor meetings. The position is based in Søborg, Denmark. Some travel activity is expected. Qualifications You hold a university degree in life science, bioscience or equivalent combined with at least 2 years of experience in clinical trial conduct. Experience from paediatric trials is an advantage. You have a broad knowledge of clinical trial methodology, and have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. You are a team player who is used to working with stakeholders, and you have the ability to facilitate decisions with focus on meeting deadlines. You are engaging, trustworthy, and inspire others to do their best. You have a high degree of flexibility, and are able to prioritise in a dynamic environment. When solving challenging assignments your approach is structured and pragmatic. A quality mind-set with a strong ethical base is a must. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
