Job Profile: In this newly established role, your primary responsibility is to create value through continued focus on information security in the entire organisation. As part of Group Treasury & Risk, you keep the strategic overview of information risks and perform risk assessments. Also, you create, implement and maintain information security policies and assist in the preparation of proper work instructions and procedures in close collaboration with Group IT and Group Legal. Doing so, you advocate information security throughout the organisation, and you: •Monitor policy compliance by designing and following up on internal IT audits •Establish and facilitate an information security community •Develop and maintain risk management frameworks for IT related risks •Perform business impact analyses on critical IT systems, set requirements for the Group´s IT business continuity and disaster recovery planning and initiate regular tests •Advise our Managing Board on information and cyber security risks Qualifications and Work Experience: Information security is high on our agenda, and we are looking for someone with development potential, analytical talent and the drive to make an impact and influence our solutions. Thus, to succeed in this position, you need to be able to navigate in the organisation and thrive in the borderlands between IT and business. Also, you have the ability to build long lasting relations, and act as a thorough yet enthusiastic colleague, who is committed to quality. This is a position, where you have every opportunity of developing your talent.
