For our Project Site Execution department, we are looking for a Head of Training Group who is ready to manage a newly started training group in a professional team with a strong team spirit. You will become part of an international functional management that includes team employees in Manchester, Hamburg and Vejle. What are my responsibilities? · Manage and develop the department according to the Project Site Execution strategy · Create global OFF site training roadmap and implement it through the department · Specify strategic requirements to programs and trainings, SLA, TCM, forecasting, booking and certificates · Budget/investment overview · Lead, mentor and train team members · Run PMP process to develop team members What do I need to qualify for this job? · You hold solid management experience · You have knowledge from a training environment, technical academy etc. · You are used to work in a fast dynamic environment and in an execution/construction department · You are creative in finding training possibilities · You are communicative and able to speak in a larger forum · You thrive in an international environment and are capable of interacting across all organizational levels · Furthermore, you are a skilled communicator with excellent English skills, both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
