Job Description
Danfoss is looking for a Head of Customer Solutions in our Digital Customer Experience (DCE) program, which is a corporate, strategic program in Danfoss. The goal of the DCE Program is to deliver growth through increased customer loyalty – and to make us as a company easy to do (digital) business with.
The DCE Program consists of more than 25 different projects and more than 150 people touching upon a number of Danfoss’ strategic business platforms. With report to the Head of the DCE Program, the Head of Solution Delivery will lead the Solution Delivery team in ensuring that the IT platforms and solutions are built according to the defined requirements – and delivered according to plans and with the expected quality.
The Solution Delivery team is responsible for the technical delivery of the platforms needed to support the business processes related to Sales, Service, Marketing, Websites, Commerce, Variant Configuration, Solution Configuration, Product Data and Product Assets.
The primary platforms we operate on are SalesForce, SAP VC and SAP Hybris, Umbraco, Celum, Configit Quote and Configt Model.
The DCE program is primarily situated in Nordborg but working out of other Danfoss locations is possible. The candidate is expected 3-4 days onsite in Nordborg per week and there will be travel activity (20-30 days a year).
Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you must have an academic degree in IT (or equivalent), topped with a strong background in IT leadership and a good, strategic outlook in how to apply IT in supporting Danfoss’ customer solutions of the future.
Additionally, you will need:
- Deep knowledge in the IT content of Customer solution domains
- To have held similar positions where leading of leaders has been an element
- Experience in implementing DevOps and other continuous delivery methods
- Experience in Contract management with external vendors and delivery partners
- Experience in – and eagerness to drive complexity reduction in IT architecture to allow for more agile and flexible deliverables
- Fluency in English
