We are now looking for a Head of Project Management to support the above mission and vision statement for our NPI Department operating with internal projects within Global Nacelle. The department of whom you will be responsible of consists of 17 employees with a wide cultural background. What are my responsibilities? ? Managing the entire Project Portfolio in Global Nacelle ? New product introduction and implementation of larger updates and revisions ? Securing Siemens internal standard project processes and our PDP (project development processes) in all projects ? Global Technology transfer between production plants ? New plant projects, installation and start of production ? SCM strategic and Plant specific project management and support What do I need to qualify for this job? ? You have project management experience in multi disciplinary projects with resources in multiple locations ? You hold 7-10 years of relevant business experience ? You have 5-7 years of experience with people management ? You have IPMA C or B level or similar project manager certification ? You have intercultural understanding and experience ? You have strong leadership/management skills as they are essential in managing resources, tasks, and deliverables. ? It is an advantage if you have a good understanding of SAP In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
