What are my areas of responsibility? Disciplinary responsible for the electronic (HW) development group Planning, scheduling and controlling the electronic (HW) oriented tasks in the Flow Process Instrumentation R&D environment Contribute to simplification and maintenance of electronics development personally Transfer knowledge from/to Karlsruhe and Hoppauge for best practice sharing Responsibility fulfilling the project tasks in time , cost , content and quality assigned to the circle of influence of HW Coordinating the PLM process in HW, especially end of live topics Managing the interfaces of the group to all other in Proces Flow Instruments and externals Responsible for budget planning and intellectual properties for the hardware department How do I qualify for the job? Minimum 5 years experience in engineering Experienced in R&D in the field of embedded software and/or electro mechanical systems Profound knowledge in digital electronics as well as understanding of analogue circuits and architecture of electronic system Knowledge of software programming (embedded systems) and mechanical design Open-minded person with distinct social competence Good leadership skills and preferably experienced managing teams in a multicultural environment Interested?
