Would you like to be a part of an international HR team in the Danfoss Group and contribute to the success helping implement a new HR talent management system; Cornerstone across the entire Danfoss organisation? Then you might be our new global HRIS Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to support and streamline our well-defined talent management processes through a new way of working. The position is based at Danfoss’ headquarter in Nordborg. Support implementation of Cornerstone As global HRIS Specialist, your overall responsibility will be to assist the global support team in the roll out and support of Cornerstone in order to ensure a successful implementation in the organisation. Other key tasks will be to: •Handle issues and questions regarding Cornerstone as part of the support team both before, during and after “go live” •Create guidelines and work instructions for HR and end-users •Support and train HR in how to understand and use Cornerstone as a new HR tool •Participate in the effort to optimise and ensure efficient HR operational support This is a truly cross-functional role, and you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation primarily within HR with direct contact to regional HR Operations. Thus, you need to be able to communicate effectively and proactively. You are comfortable working independently and keep a strong focus on continuous improvements. You show responsibility in everything you do and ensure that all solutions are implemented with a high level of quality. You have a relevant degree and preferably some years of experience in similar roles in an international company. Experience with Cornerstone will be an advantage, as well as process understanding. In addition, you must be comfortable working independently with a high level of quality in an ever-changing work environment. You have a systematic, structured and service-minded approach as well as solid interpersonal skills. Last but not least, you speak and write English fluently.
