As a consequence of Service Wind Power’s continued growth we are expanding our activities within the remote diagnostics. We are therefore looking for a group lead to head the Diagnostic Analysis area, currently consisting of approximately 34 people divided into three teams; Monitoring and Control, Remote Diagnostic Analysis and Engineering Prototypes. What are my responsibilities? · Direct and indirect management of the three teams: · Monitoring and Control consisting of 15 employees and a team lead. Monitoring and Control is the first line of handling turbine alarms and defects on our wind turbines and solves the vast majority of them remotely · Remote Data Analysis consisting of 13 employees and a team lead. Remote Data Analysis makes deep dive data analytics of selected turbines · Engineering Prototypes consisting of 6 highly skilled technicians and a daily manager. The team conducts diagnostic visits on newly installed prototypes to gain the first hand experience with these wind turbines. · Contact for existing and potential customers interested in the diagnostic services. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a strong leadership profile (+5 years) with experience in managing through managers. · You are highly customer oriented and an inspiring communicator. You know how to get your points across and you are familiar with translating technical material into commonly understandable information. As such, you demonstrate a good sense of business. · You have a good appreciation of data flows and know how to process data in Pivots etc. · You have positive and approachable nature and you know how to communicate and interact on all levels of the organization. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
