At our HQ in Ballerup, you will be part of our Center of Excellence team within Group HR as a member of our Talent and Leadership team. Always listening closely to hiring managers and colleagues and challenging the status quo, we secure top talent for areas across the GN Group. Advice and drive recruitment for key positions across our international organization
The GN Group is growing fast, and global talent acquisition expertise is becoming an increasingly sought-after resource across the business. 

Reporting to the Talent & Leadership Development Director, you will work closely with hiring managers in our international GN Audio and GN Hearing organizations not only to help recruit new colleagues from abroad, you will also play an essential role in sharing best practice and insights as the link between the GN Headquarters and HR managers in our international subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end international recruitment processes with hiring managers
• Acting as a trusted advisor to the business in recruitment-related matters
• Ensuring data quality and securing aligned processes across GN’s affiliates – We have recently implemented Workday
• Helping align the recruitment strategy and processes to meet the ongoing and future talent demands
• Serve as trusted advisor for our global recruitment partners 
• Developing and executing sourcing strategies to map candidates and build strong talent pipelines

Solid experience from a corporation with recruitment or proactive sourcing
It is vital that you are used to work in an international corporate function, since you will work with global stakeholders across functions, cultures and locations. An international mindset and excellent listening and communication skills are paramount. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a fiercely result oriented and commercially minded team player with a strong focus on the requirements of the hiring managers. Finally, the high demand for your expertise requires you to be an apt planner with a well-versed ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities. 

You are ready to pitch in from day 1 because:
• You have experience from global companies where you have interacted with global stakeholders 
• You have experience in using psychometrics tests and selection tools for candidate assessment
• You have a master’s degree in HR, communication or similar
• You speak and write English fluently
