Danfoss Business System (DBS) is looking for a Global Capability and Training Manager to work on continuously improving Danfoss Business System’s training portfolio. You will drive the DBS training agenda to ensure that we always have the relevant capabilities and training tools to offer at all levels. Become a part of a small, but, strong, team of dedicated professionals who impact the entire Danfoss organization by what we deliver.
 
You will be heavily involved in identifying which core DBS competences are needed, as well as, assessing the competence gaps across the organization. Based on this knowledge, you will, together with the DBS functions, make sure that core DBS competencies are developed in the organization by offering relevant training, as part of the DBS training program. In this position, you have no direct reports, but you will manage projects and handle stakeholders to deliver a great global impact.
 
Your primary role will not be to train our business yourself but rather to educate the trainers in the DBS functions by providing them with the appropriate training material, enabling them to deliver best in class training at all levels in the Danfoss Organization within different areas such as production, sales, procurement and engineering.
 
Background and skills
The preferred candidate for this position must have an educational record at a Master Level and hold experience within training and capability building in an international organization. Further, you possess the following qualifications: 

• Hands-on experience with developing capabilities in an international environment
• Knowledge on the latest training methodologies which will enable you to challenge the way we currently build DBS capabilities in our organization in order to take Danfoss DBS training program to the next level
• Curiosity about new training methodologies
• Strong cultural awareness
• Great implementation focus
• Bias for taking action to create business impact. 

You possess a high level of energy and drive for delivering results and significant achievements. You work persistently to achieve your goals and you hold the necessary cooperation skills to develop solid relations.
