About the department You will join a team supporting the Quality and Staff areas in Product Supply. The team is part of the Controlling & Planning department, which is a young dynamic team with a wide range of nationalities, currently consisting of 9 engaged employees responsible for financial planning and performance management in Product Supply. The department is part of Product Supply Finance based in Bagsværd, Denmark. The job In a highly skilled environment, you will be responsible for delivering high quality financial information and pro-active business sparring to management. Your main tasks will be translating business activities into financial forecasting, monthly follow up and management reporting. Further you will be business partner for management within the Quality Assurance and Staff areas, with the responsibility to provide financial foundation for decision making, insights into the financial development and link to the production areas in planning and performance management processes. You will have wide cross-organisational contacts, stretching from management to local controllers in a diverse environment. Your range of contacts will facilitate building a solid network beneficial to your professional and personal growth. Furthermore, you will obtain an in depth understanding of Novo Nordisk’s business. We are in the process of building the team and the support set-up, which will give you the opportunity to impact the processes and tools to be created and/or improved. For this reason we are looking for a candidate with an analytical mind-set, IT flair, an open mind and willingness to expand competencies into new areas. The nature of the work will require flexibility as the workload will be fluctuating. Qualifications You hold a relevant master's degree within finance or economics with excellent results. The job requires strong analytical and computer skills combined with a structured, result-oriented approach. You have solid interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build relationships and you are able to deliver complex data in a structured and simple manner. You are a team player, take the initiative and have a high level of engagement.
