Experienced Business Development Manager – Animal Health and Nutrition Animal health and Nutrition is one of Novozymes’ strategic business units aimed at accelerating growth together with our customers. In Animal nutrition enzymes, Novozymes has a long standing strategic alliance with DSM Nutritional Products being one of Novozymes’ largest accounts. Qualifications We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven person with strong network building skills and capability for independent decision making We expect you to have an educational background at Master’s or PhD level plus 2-5 years of experience in a top tier management consulting You must have strong analytical skills, experience in driving strategic marketing projects, set clear priorities and be able to create business cases out of ideas Bring a customer focused and communicative personal style to the job Fluency in English is a must Our environment is one of passionate, driven and committed colleagues who hold a global perspective on business and life. The position is based out of headquarters in Bagsvaerd, DK. Challenges As a business development manager you will be working in a team of four and be responsible for securing optimal support to our alliance when it comes to the application of our enzyme products, and support solution selling to customers. This entails: Aligning direction and priorities and driving close and continuous dialogue with colleagues at DSM Support the joint management team in strategic decision making Drive the execution and communication of global strategic initiatives Translate market insights into concrete product, service and go to market ideas and business cases Currently we are changing our innovation model towards innovating more in the regions for the regions. In this change management process, you will have a central role in making sure we deliver on our ambition and on time both globally and in the regions and you will be working closely with senior management in this role. You will be a role model in working closely with other parts of the Novozymes organization (including Business Development and R&D) to ensure that we develop and provide the expected value package to DSM’s sales force.
