Are you skilled to assist and give advice and excellent service to customers through the phone and email? Do you like to cooperate and achieve target every day with your colleagues? If yes, then you might be Nets’ new Customer Service Representative. Nets is specialized in powering digital payments and is connecting banks, businesses and consumers by facilitating an international network of digital payments – credit card terminals. You will be a part of a team, covering the Baltic countries within acquiring payment services, and you will be working with the Estonian market. It is required that you speak and write Estonian at a mother tongue level and have a strong command of English and Russian. You will be guiding customers through application processes, as well as helping them with daily business, once they become customers. You will be the customers lifeline in all matters relating to their credit card transactions and terminals. There is a big variety of tasks, both of administrative tasks and sales. The team consists of 19 employees with different nationalities – Danish, Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian. Your tasks will be covering all areas of Nets` customer service. The team is characterized by professionalism, high spirits and a great energy, where every member of the team is giving the best services to customers every day. The job is a full-time temporary position for 1 year to cover a maternity leave. You will be hired through StudentConsulting. The working hours is in between 8 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday.
