We are strengthening our e-commerce buying department. We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented individual to support us in delivering the optimal goods package in our online store. Today, we cover 14 markets with the potential for much more.

The department

You become part of an ambitious marketing and e-commerce department based out of JACK & JONES' headquarters in Brande. You will join a team of energetic colleagues who share a passion for e-commerce and work closely together across different competences - from traffic, merchandising, photo and SEO to operations and development.

The job

As the E-commerce Buying Assistant, you will play a significant role in the success of jackjones.com. Your primary tasks will be supporting and coordinating tasks, that involve a close collaboration with the Buying Responsible, Merchandising Responsible and the CRM team. You will work with a natural high drive and with a commitment towards our goal: to create growth at jackjones.com.

More specifically, your work includes:

• Supporting the Buying Responsible with purchasing products, preparing presentations and other administrative tasks
• Assisting customer support with questions related to JACK & JONES' products
• Follow-up on delivery of products
• Maintain an ongoing overview of deliveries and seasonal performance
• Develop new ideas to increase sales and basket size
• Collect and deliver brand, category and product information to marketplace brand shops
• Capture trend information and share it across teams.

Qualifications

You may have an education within buying, sales, marketing or similar, but what matters the most is that you are passionate about a career within e-commerce and have a strong interest in fashion and menswear trends. We do expect you to be:

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Experienced with Microsoft Excel.

With your strong coordination skills and your structured approach to tasks, you succeed in creating structure and maintaining a constant overview in a dynamic work day. You are outgoing by nature, and your positive and service-minded attitude makes you a natural go-to-person for your colleagues.
