Evolve our Operating Model to meet a digital future - and get ready for change management As our new Director for Operating Model Development, you establish and continuously evolve our operating models and ensure that it is integrated in how our business operates end-to-end. You will thus be expected to collaborate closely with (front-end) innovation and product development to identify key future operating capabilities. You engage with external partners to drive value chain innovation and related capability building, just as you ensure that we keep thinking outside the infamous box. Moreover, thinking all aspects of digital transformation into the operating model will be crucial to your success In addition, you will: Evolve the operating model in such a way that allows coexistence and leverage of the current and new business while keeping track of mega trends and our competitors. Find the right balance between global scale and regional adaptation requirements and ensure that decision making is in line. Drive a major change management project to introduce a systematic innovation process in our Operations area, including identifying the required new capabilities and technologies towards a structured technology and platform management. Furthermore, you will be challenged on your ability to think end-to-end and bridge the commercial with everyday operations. Strong communicator with business modelling, strategy and change management experience You have a FMCG /CPG background, and you have worked in both operational and strategic positions giving you end-to-end supply chain knowledge and experience, ideally with a background in innovation management, value chain innovation, business model or strategy work. You have proven experience in getting management buy-in and in creating trusting relationships with key stakeholders across levels and locations. You probably hold a master degree, preferably within strategy, supply chain or Engineering. It is a plus if your track record includes employment with more than one international FMCG company and is paired with change management education or an MBA. You are comfortable moderating cross-functional work sessions with key stakeholders and senior management to drive change management. As a person, you are self-motivated and have the entrepreneurial spirit required to further evolve the LEGO Product portfolio and to prepare the global LEGO Group for the challenges in the coming decade (digitalisation, changing retail landscape).
