Do you have financial controlling/management consulting experience and are you ready to build on your career in a key role? This is an opportunity to assist management with delivering on plans and targets by ensuring data and performance management integrity in non-financial reporting in the LEGO® Group. Contribute to effective and high quality project execution You will join Corporate Affairs, a function which is accountable for delivering the LEGO® Group’s CSR agenda. Your main responsibility lies within the LEGO Group’s non-financial data reporting and performance management, and your aim is to drive efficient and reliable performance management by: Delivering internal and external reporting on the LEGO Group’s non-financial performance (CSR) Building and maintaining a well-functioning data management system to assure high integrity and validity of non-financial performance data Delivering a seamless process and approval of non-financial data from auditors and implement findings, process optimisations and risk controls guided by the auditors’ management letter Driving effective governance and project management of Corporate Affairs projects from planning to execution in collaboration with the different Corporate Affairs teams Connected community You will join a family-owned company that offers a supportive collaborative work environment and team structure.
