Digital Marketing Analyst, Digital Transformation, Denmark
Digital Transformation is a newly established area anchored directly under the CEO. We believe that digitalization can help transform the way we innovate, produce, and do business with our customers. We offer a newly created position as Digital Marketing Analyst at our head office in Bagsværd in an international atmosphere. We will be moving to our new office in Lyngby in 2019.

In this position you will help infuse a data based approach to marketing into Novozymes. You will participate in strategic commercial projects such as digital lead generation and digital customer engagement to grow the customer base, increase customer loyalty, and ultimately secure top line growth. In these projects, your main tasks will be to generate market insights using external data sources that help shape the digital services and products, track the digital behavior of our customers and other stakeholders, and set the standards for marketing analytics. You will also identify and share trends within digital marketing analytics.

Specifically you will develop and apply digital measurement techniques, tools and metrics, produce KPI dashboards and deliver performance reports with actionable insights advising the team on how to tweak campaigns to get maximum attention and create more revenue.

In this position you need to:

• Have a relevant Master’s degree
• Have at least +2 years of experience within digital marketing. Preferably in a B2B context
• Have proven track record in working with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics and social media analytics and intelligence tools such as Hootsuite, Sysomos or Salesforce
• Have a good understanding of e-commerce, digital lead generation and traffic drivers in the digital ecosystem
• Possess good business partnering skills, are persistent and have the ability to get things done
• Be a self-starter who doesn’t walk away from a good challenge
• Have strong visualization and communication skills
