Join Business Technology in our quest to secure efficient demand planning

Joining our agile development team of 10 colleagues and growing, you take part in our mission to support the Global Demand Planning and Management areas and deliver value through agile work methods. We do so by developing and innovating the technology platform and applications that allow them to do what they do best: forecasting.

As an IT consultant, you:

- Communicate with the Global Demand Planning and Management areas to gain insight on IT use and needs and advise on whether IT requests are feasible

- Translate insights into development plans for our SAP APO, SAP Integrated Planning applications and other IT technology solutions

- Consult with your team to uncover opportunities for innovating our technology products

- Secure documentation of new processes and training material

- Support training on applications and end-user tools

With your innate curiosity, desire to learn new skills and an innovative mindset, you are driven to understand complex system landscape configurations as well as business structures and processes in a full-value-chain company. You also have a solid ability to gather data and perform analytical diagnosis with and end-to-end view of processes and challenges.

Moreover, you bring:

- 2+ years’ experience with IT development, preferably with SCM solutions, SAP APO applications or the like

- Solid experience in supply chain and advanced planning business processes and related technical solutions and knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum

- A degree within computer science, engineering, business, supply chain or equivalent

- The ability to travel 15-20 days per year to collaborate with international colleagues from Global Demand Planning and Management areas as well as others in the LEGO Group

- Fluency in English and good communication and facilitation skills, enabling you to reach out to your stakeholders and collaborate to find and develop optimal solutions
