EagleBurgmann Bredan A/S in Ringkøbing is looking for a Design Engineer, who can help us to develop our position as the world's leading manufacturer of Expansion Joint solutions in the industrial sector. Job Description: As our new Design Engineer one of your mail objectives will be to support the Sales Department with technical offers and solutions. This includes making designs, part list, technical calculations/ solutions for metal expansion joints and structures as per customer request. The position is located in Ringkøbing and you will have reference to the company's General Manager, Sales who is responsible for our gKAM department. Here you will become an important part of a strong team of qualified and motivated employees. Your qualifications: We expect that you hold a Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) or equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering and have minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position. We also expect that you speak English and Danish fluently and if you have German language skills it would be an added advantage. Furthermore we are looking for the following qualifications: - Expansion Joints EJMA / ASME B31.3 - Knowledge of Pressure / Exhaust pipe systems - Application knowledge of Engine Builders, Power Plants, Petro Chemical and Refineries - FEA analysis for metal parts - Material Stress analyses - Experience with the European Pressure Directive. - Vibration calculation that occur in the pipe systems - Material codes / standards - Material capabilities - 3D CAD Software ( Solid Works) - XAL - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access) - 2D AutoCad. / DWG Editor / Draft Sight - Adobe Acrobat PDF- writer - Production processes knowledge ( WPS welding processes / rolling capabilities / deforming tools ) Personal skills: - You are an analytic and self-driven person with strong commitment to your job - You thrive in a performance oriented environment where the focus is on the customer. - Tour are service minded and a team player Your future prospects: We will give you a thorough training to ensure you the best conditions for this position.
