Do you enjoy working with CRM and would you like to unfold your project manager skills as part of a huge change process in the Danfoss Power Electronics (PE) division? Then you might be our new CRM Business Consultant. You will get a unique opportunity to become part of the implementation of a new CRM platform in Danfoss and optimising our end-to-end CRM business processes ensuring that our CRM system supports the business in the best possible way. Smooth and professional marketing assistance As our CRM Business Consultant, you will be part of driving the implementation of CRM in our sales, marketing and service organisation globally – this entails both sales companies as well as factories. You will take part in ensuring that our global CRM processes and sales tools fulfil customer requirements and business needs, and for driving the development of our CRM system together with our sales companies, Power Electronics global functions as well as corporate functions – from blueprint, testing to implementation. Other areas of responsibility are to: •assist our CRM hotline function •ensure that the CRM initiatives in Danfoss Power Electronics are in accordance with our CRM strategy and create tangible value for the sales organisation •drive continual improvements of our CRM and sales tools •ensure training of the CRM super users in process and tools, making sure that they have the right competence level and aligned use of CRM •provide ad hoc business consultancy within CRM •be the responsible business project manager for specific CRM projects in close cooperation with our IT department, business process managers and other stakeholders Enthusiastic and talented CRM consultant with project management skills You hold a background within sales or marketing, preferably from an international organisation, and you are experienced in conducting and facilitating training in sales tools and processes. You are an experienced business consultant proficient in process design and gathering knowledge for a “sales factory” tool like CRM. Candidates with experience in “Salesforce.com” will have an advantage. You are used to working in an international environment, and cooperation with stakeholders at all levels in the organisation. Furthermore, you have experience within both project and change management. On a more personal note, you are pro-active and you have a high drive. You have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of complex end-to-end business processes across different functions. You are a strong communicator and able to keep calm in stressful situations, and you enjoy working with CRM IT tools. Last but not least you are proficient in both written and spoken English.
