Would you like to be a sparring partner for the full planning and controlling team on all financial issues and ERP issues and ensure that overall budget and forecast procedures and processes are implemented globally and followed, providing support for the business and a proper basis for control functions? We are looking for a new colleague with broad and documented experience to strengthen our Project & Business Control department with core analytic competences and experience from a company working in a global context. You will be part of a team of 18 dedicated colleagues in the Wind, Oil and Gas division, which had a turnover of 1300 MDKK in 2013. You will report to the Vice President and work from our premises in Esbjerg. Responsibilities and tasks: You will have a key role in preparing and communicating fact-based and precise analyses to the overall division. You will on an overall basis analyse monthly results, identify trends and compare with historical performance/budget and suggest and communicate corrective actions. In addition, you Deliver high-quality reports to the local management, to the regional management and to the Semco Maritime Group in line with the overall requirements Align administrative processes across all business offices and identify loss-making business Proactively address and eliminate ‘waste’ in all administrative routines and processes and improve administrative productivity and control Comply with and commit to the policies of the Semco Maritime Group Professional qualifications: You have solid experience in the field of accounting or business controlling, preferably from a project-oriented company, but it could also be from an accountancy firm or similar. You have a Bachelor or Master of Economy, Finance, Controlling or Accounting. Furthermore, you have: Extensive ERP knowledge of all functions, services and processes and of how they cooperate and interact Well-developed English and Danish communication skills An expert level in MS Excel. Knowledge of IFS and/or MS Business Intelligence is an advantage Good analytical skills Your profile: You are a driving force in change programmes with focus on profitability and efficiency on department level, in the division and across divisions, and you are able to stand in for the Vice President.
