The LEGO® Group is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing Development of one of our Global Girl Themes. It is a unique job opportunity to join a team of highly skilled marketers and a business unit in strong growth within the innovative LEGO Group. Take the Global Marketing and Business Lead of a Theme targeted to girls In collaboration with a Design Lead and a Project Lead you are expected to drive the Global Marketing Development of an ambitious girls' project. Your main responsibilities include: Driving the development of a strong concept that delivers on high business ambition and objectives Own the business case calculations and portfolio scoping, thus monitoring the global forecast and sales development Take lead in developing an effective and insight driven communication strategy and campaign plan, which delivers a holistic and best-in-class consumer experience Managing a complex setup with many internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, ownership and buy-in across the full value chain Drive a strong innovation agenda within the specific project development, which is based on prior experiences with proven success. Utilise your potential while inspiring the developers of tomorrow Working within the girls' business unit placed in Billund, you will become a core part of the Product & Marketing Development organization (PMD). You will apply your strong business skills as well as your creative, communication competences to your daily tasks, in the aim of creating product and play experiences, which support the LEGO Mission of developing the builders of tomorrow. Do you have what it takes? You are expected to pull from your prior experiences and proven project management skills within Marketing Management, in order to succeed. To do so, you: Hold a Master Degree within Marketing, an MBA or similar and extensive experiences from Brand, Marketing and/or Product Management Must have strong business understanding combined with proven communication skills and an innovative approach Come with international experience from a global position and thereby knowledge of how to work with cross-cultural communication. Bring (or quickly gain) a strong understanding of tween, girl mind-set and/or the competitive landscape of the Global Girl's Toy market Be a strong team player with a contagious energy and personality that enables and drives collaboration between people with very different functional backgrounds. Travel activities around 20 days per year.
