Job Description

Are you a digital native? And can you support and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels in collaboration with colleagues? Then you could be our new Content Marketing Specialist in the Danfoss Drives Segment. We are a world leader in developing the AC drives technologies of today and tomorrow. You will be part of an enthusiastic and strong Marketing Content & Concepts team located across multiple locations. The position is located in either Graasten or Aarhus/Silkeborg, Denmark or Vantaa, Finland and entails up to 20 travelling days per year.

Development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns and best practices
You will be the center point in the Global Marketing Concepts & Content team to plan digital marketing communication activities, and you will need to build strong relations with internal stakeholders to ensure that the strategies are operationalized. It will also be your responsibility to develop and maintain inbound traffic and lead acquisition and nurturing.


Your areas of responsibility will include:
 

• Developing and maintaining marketing campaigns and initiatives in relation to marketing automation, account-based marketing and inbound marketing
• Driving our social media strategy and further developing the global Danfoss Drives social media channels
• Planning and implementing content journeys for various marketing campaigns, incl. e-mail journeys
• Planning concepts and campaigns based on insight (data-based decisions and ROMI)
• Providing input to and participating in agency briefings
• Building competences among and inspiring marketing colleagues to work more with new digital tools and processes, including marketing automation and social media
• Participating in marketing projects together with colleagues from across the Danfoss group

Excellent networking skills and solid digital/performance marketing experience
You hold a relevant degree in marketing, but, more importantly, you have solid digital marketing experience, talent and drive. You are experienced and passionate about account-based marketing, marketing automation, and social media marketing, and how insights can be leveraged to optimize these efforts and ultimately drive business. Preferably, you have experience with marketing automation platforms. Moreover, you have a general good understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem. We also expect that you would be interested in gaining insights of customer needs and interest related to our business areas, and how Danfoss Drives can create excellent customer experiences by means of digital marketing tools. On a more personal note, you are a strong team player with excellent networking skills, who easily communicates in English – both verbally and in writing. Last, but not least, you have a keen eye for detail as well as an analytical and structured approach to your work.
