Here is a fantastic opportunity for you to be an important member of the core Corporate Risk and Business Compliance team and contribute to the attainment of the overall department focus. Be part of the Corporate Risk and Business Compliance team You will work closely with business groups across the organisation on important compliance topics, and at the same time conduct reviews on business processes to ensure good levels of transparency and controls are in place. This team is a key driver in the implementation and adoption of the "governance and stewardship" agenda (our global strategic priority) and the team’s main responsibilities are to: Develop the company´s understanding of stewardship and risk management, and thereby improving our overall governance and protection. Help to develop, implement and sustain an improved stewardship program throughout the entire LEGO® Group. Develop tools, processes, trainings and follow-up activities to drive required enhancements in key governance areas, particularly in respect to business processes and functions within Corporate Risk and Business Compliance. Be a key player in implementing The LEGO® Group compliance and stewardship standards - Support the stewardship agenda globally - Drive, support or consult on company policy implementation and trainings - Review business processes on controls sufficiency and effectiveness - Perform reviews on various LEGO Sites to improve control environment - Support the implementation of global process standards - Conduct investigations in collaboration with other specialised functions Be part of the success of this developing organisation Being one of the most trusted brands in the world is a huge responsibility and we put immense pride into our work. What we are looking for At least 5 years of regional/global working experience from an audit or consulting firm and/or “from the other side of the table” within a multinational organisation Accounting and auditing skills with solid foundation in controls and compliance. Internal audit experience will be a plus Experience working with processes and analysing processes from a control standpoint Ability to handle / balance multiple priorities at the same time A good listener and a strong collaborator with high level of ethics and integrity Fast learner and adaptable to various cultural aspects and perspectives of doing business Should expect approximately 30 - 60 days of travel per year SAP/Business Warehouse experience a plus Join the global family of LEGO® The LEGO® Group recruits and develops people entirely on merit.
