LEO Pharma has through the past few years been on a continuous journey to reduce internal complexity ensuring that time and resources are used where they matter the most. As an essential part of this journey, financial transactional processes have been outsourced to an international Service Provider and to ensure the success of this outsourcing the Global Travel & Expense Team was given the responsibility for the outsourced Travel & Expense processes, from transitioning to ensuring continuous improvements. We are now looking for a new colleague for our team, to help us continue to make this journey a success.

Ensuring efficient expense processes with our outsourcing partners

Your job will include tasks ranging from daily operations to implementation and optimisation of processes in our Global Travel & Expense team. To take on this challenge you will need to have strong analytical and problem solving skills, have a high level of customer focus and be a good collaborator and communicator.

The implementation will focus on LEO Pharma’s ongoing transitioning of the global organisation and all affiliates to SAP and in parallel the Travel & Expense system Concur. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a smooth transitioning for your colleagues in Line of Business and at the same time enabling our outsourcing partners to take over.

The daily operations and optimization will be in close collaboration with our outsourcing partners, ensuring that our processes are transparent and under control. You will be analysing root causes of arising issues and keeping focus on continuous improvements, while ensuring that the day to day operations are handled with a high quality of internal customer service.

More specifically you will:

• Be working with the ERP system SAP
• Be working within 2 travel systems SAP TM and Concur Travel System
• Become a specialist in LEO Pharma’s Travel and Expense related processes and policies, ensuring the daily operations and supporting our internal customers and outsourcing partners
• Perform controlling and follow up of critical expense data
• Prepare reports for management review and follow up
• Develop, review, verify and implement internal processes and policies
• Assist and train internal customers and outsourcing partners when new processes and policies are implemented
• Collaborate in projects and participate in User Acceptance Testing

A solid accounting background combined with excel expertise and process knowledge

You bring +3 years of experience from an accounting unit. Here you have gained a solid insight into accounting processes and are well experienced in using Excel and working with optimisation of processes. Knowledge of Concur and SAP TM would be an advantage as would a certificate within Lean Six Sigma (yellow and/or green belt).

To succeed, you must be good at understanding and working with End-to-End processes and be good at analysing and deep diving into details to find sustainable solutions. You thrive on having multiple contacts on a daily basis and are a good communicator. You act as first point of contact for our outsourcing partners, with the ability to explain complicated things in an easy understandable way. You will be entering into a global organisation which demands an open mind and the ability to create a constructive dialogue and collaborate across cultural, professional and geographical borders.

Global Accounting Front Office – your new department

You will be part of the Global Accounting Front Office at the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen. Our objective is to ensure effective collaboration with our outsourcing partners, efficient processes and support line of business. You will join a team of skilled colleagues working in a relaxed but professional atmosphere characterised by good collaboration, support and the freedom to create results.
