Then you may be the Business Intelligence Manager we are looking.
About the department
Inbound Supply Management is part of Sourcing Operation (SoOp), who is responsible for planning, purchasing, distribution and warehousing of the thousands of materials going into the production worldwide. Our common goal is to ensure reliable supply of quality products (raw and packaging materials) in regulatory compliance at a competitive cost to Novo Nordisk manufacturing sites globally. You will join an international and dynamic team of 11 employees, consisting of dedicated supply chain analysts, project and supply chain process managers. Our team is responsible for supporting the supply chain in becoming more robust, effective and efficient.
The position
As Business Intelligence Manager you will develop various dashboards to enhance transparency and enable decision making utilising analytical tools like Alteryx and Tableau. You will work with predictive modelling and explore different advanced technologies. Further you will produce ad hoc data based analysis for the management group and to various projects in our organisation. In this role you will work closely with your colleagues both in DK and our organisation in Bangalore, India. You will enjoy a high degree of independence in your work and get the opportunity to get familiar with the supply chain within Novo Nordisk thoroughly. Your success is dependent on your collaboration skills and ability to understand our data landscape and processes.
This is a temporary position for 14 months.
Qualifications
You hold a relevant Master's degree (i.e. in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain Management) and you have +2 years of experience within Analytics/Business Intelligence. General knowledge of supply chain management is preferred. Experience with SAP, Alteryx, Tableau or similar tools are a clear advantage. You speak and write English fluently.

In addition, you thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humour to your work even when the pressure is on. You know how to get to the core of complex problems and make them understandable for others. Finally, you are a dedicated team player who inspires trust amongst colleagues.
