For our Global SCM performance Improvement department we are looking for a person to take charge of the development of our performance measurement setup. You will be working in a newly established department with a global focus. The department defines the performance measurement setup and standards in a Global Supply Chain, and conducts performance measurement globally and report PFM status to SCM management. You will do this in collaboration with colleagues all over the world. What are my responsibilities? · Design a Global Performance measurement setup – Standards & operation · Deliver performance indicators and performance reports in time for SCM employees and SCM management. This also contains controlling of performance measurements. · Optimize and automate the ongoing operational performance measurement. · Define standards for SCM Performance indicators – Here under communicate & implement them globally. · Help Optimize and automate the daily operational performance work. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have experience within performance measurement. · You pose strong analytical skills and are used to, and comfortable with working with large amounts of data, preferably SQL. · You are fluent in English, verbally as in writing. · You are experienced with optimization and automation of performance measurement calculations. · You must be able to work independent and pay attention to details. · You are Excel super user In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
