Business Finance Partner – Business Operations A position as Business Finance Partner to our Business Operation leaders worldwide gives you a possibility to extend your skills, enjoy a steep learning curve, and develop a strong network within our global organization. You will be part of a very ambitious and highly skilled group of Business Finance Partners, who drive the forecasting process, performance management and provide Business Operations with global and regional insights in Business Operations (i.e. Sales, Profitability, Opportunities). The position offers you the opportunity to drive and participate in global and regional projects together with the commercial organization. Furthermore, you will influence business decisions with high-value analysis, new perspectives and recommendations. You will work in different cultural contexts as well as various organizational levels and it is therefore important that you enjoy and are capable of working with a broad variety of people. Qualifications • M.Sc. in business, finance, economics or engineering combined with business • Some years of working experience within relevant areas (business finance, investment banking, consulting, auditing etc.) • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and a curiosity and desire to always look for opportunities to make a difference in everything you do • A strong communicator and team player, who is self-driven and thrives working independently in new areas • Experience with Opportunity Management is an advantage • Very comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Excellent English skills Challenges We focus on the individual’s development, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to further develop already gained experience in a result-oriented environment characterized by change, progress and usage of best practice within the Business Finance field.
