Unilabs is now looking for a Business Analyst & Project Manager to ensure our continuous development and growth in Region North! Unilabs Region North today consists of five countries; Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and the UK. The Region has annual sales of approx. 260 billion EUR and close to 2000 employees of which the majority is Biomedical Scientists, specialist nurses and Medical doctors. We´re a part of a leading European provider of clinical laboratory testing and medical diagnostic imaging services and we serve private and public healthcare providers, local governments, pharmaceutical companies and the general public. This will be a new and pivotal role for Unilabs Region North were the Business Analyst & Project Manager provides the region with internal consultative expertise in the areas of Programme and Project Management including Project Assurance. Whilst maintaining alignment with the strategy and priorities of the Unilabs business, they are an advocate of best practice in the aforementioned areas. Key responsibilities: The following activities indicate the main components of the role. At any one time the role may focus on some but not necessarily all of these activities and may include other compatible and related activities in accordance with business needs. The development of business/commercial/operational strategy using appropriate tools and techniques.Facilitate cross-functional strategic workshops in RegionBe key player in strategy and transformation conceptualizatioConduct deep dives into data & informationTranslation of strategy into an executable plan (programme and/or project).Engagement at any stage of the project life cycle to provide guidance and support with best practice methods and/or tools.Management of multidisciplinary projects/teams to deliver target outcomes.Development of programme and project management products including e.g. business case, business requirements, Work Breakdown Structure, project plans, risk assessments etc.Management of targeted service improvement projects.Establishing project assurance/governance and the undertaking of objective project health checks.Project management training, coaching and support.Project management tool and template design.Maintain regular communication with General Managers and Country PMOs within region north. Responsible for establishing key relationships with external stakeholders as well as the Group Project Management Office. Key requirements 3+ years Project Management experience.Comprehensive business, commercial and financial acumen.Degree or Master’s Degree level educationComprehensive best practice training in e.g. Project Management, Business Analysis, Change Management, Operational ManagementExcellent command of EnglishFinancial controlling and/or M ExperienceManagement consulting background is an advantage.
