Building the future of Business-to-Business commerce During the years our B2B web shop has evolved into a customer self-service tool, but is now due an upgrade. So, our ambition is to turn the current transactional platform into a one stop shop, a global sales and marketing channel for a significant part of our Business-to-Business commerce. To succeed with this endeavour, we are expanding our B2B ecommerce team in the Sales & Commercial Excellence organisation. In the team, we need you, particularly as you enjoy driving user experience mapping over iterative releases, based on researching technology and design trends within customer self-service. And you want to be responsible for: Designing elegant solutions to complex workflows via wireframes, user flows and site maps as well as visual design mock-ups Securing high customer adaptation and satisfaction of the new self-service solution, by keeping interface attractive and easy to use for retail customers Collaborating with key stakeholders from the business and IT in executing rapid releases for enhancing user experience Being a go-to person with in-depth knowledge of B2B user experience. Use research-related services, theories and methods to support your recommendations Join a connected community This is a role where you will help pioneer a fundamentally new way of working, as we aim to become more agile and evolve our new B2B solution in sprints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in decision making throughout rapid release cycles. In working with many interfaces from IT architects to marketing specialists, you will experience what it is like to work in a connected community, where we will help you to develop deep expertise and a thorough understanding of our global business. People person with UX design insights To feel fully at home in this position, you need to have an entrepreneurial mentality. Being skilled in UX, you understand the user needs of target groups and have the abilities to build up significant knowledge of different retailer preferences. Your people skills are great, and you are able to work in a multi-disciplinary team, just as you are used to collaborate with IT specialists on mapping and translating UX and UI into front and back end IT solutions. Further, using your commercial understanding combined with communication skills, you can articulate business demands and dependencies across functions. Qualifications: 3+ years working with user experience design for software and web applications in IT projects that have given you a thorough understanding of contemporary user-centred design methodologies Bachelor's or Master's degree in interaction design, new media design or a related design field along with certifications in motion graphics design and/or production Extensive experience working in an agile, fast-paced and innovative development environment and with analytics for search driven user experiences in a B2B context, as well as experience with B2B self-service and ecommerce solutions Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks and associated design tools You speak and write English fluently and have the flexibility to travel 40-50 days a year Join the global LEGO Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family, where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment across the LEGO Community.
