Are you ready to lead and motivate a team of highly skilled finance employees in Diabetes Finished Products (DFP) Hillerød? DFP Hillerød (HI) is playing a key role in DFP as current and future launch site and we need an engaged Associate Manager to drive and execute the finance strategy. Furthermore safe guarding the site budget and drive continuous improvements across DFP Hillerød. Can you set direction in a fast paced working environment by acting as an inspiring finance partner? Are you an ambassador for value creation and ensuring high level of finance compliance combined with understanding of manufacturing?
About the department
In DFP HI, Business Support we support the production departments in DFP HI building 25A and 25B within logistics, ware house, technical questions, documentation, GMP, EHS and facility. The department consists of app. 85 dedicated employees supporting the production departments in DFP Hillerød.
DFP HI Business Support consists of the following teams: Finance, Facility & Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Support, Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Operation, and Supply Chain Process Support.
Your team will consist of 5-6 highly skilled employees.
The position
You will be responsible for the finance team ensures high quality analysis, reporting, driving sustainable cost improvements, managing and ensure healthy finance mind-set across the organisation.
You will work closely with the management teams across DFP Hillerød, DFP Finance and the DFP finance network.
As an Associate Manager, you will as well be responsible for creating a healthy working environment, a team striving for excellence with proud employees and living the Novo Nordisk way.
You will have to manage employee relationship and a broad range of internal stakeholders with high expectations. Working on simplifying processes, reduce waste, initiate improvements and fast execution speed.
A high amount of focus will be based on Lean methodologies such as systematic problem solving, VSM, Kaizen and standardisation. You will need to be able to coach in these areas and be seen as a role model.
Furthermore it will be important for you to develop full transparency, through KPI management and business intelligence solutions and collect and provide high quality reports in all areas within DFP Hillerød.
Qualifications
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience within finance preferably combined with business intelligence and strategy development/execution. Your quality mindset and business sense is well developed, and you are a team player who achieves ambitious goals. Experience from the pharmaceutical industry together with GxP and production knowledge is a plus. You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to communicate clearly and in an uncomplicated manner. Personally, you have excellent verbal/written communication skills. You must have a positive mind-set and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
