We are a mix of Sales and Development handling deliveries to manufacturers, and we are located all over the world. You will refer to Commercial Director, HVAC OEM Division, Søren Vejen Jensen. “Our division is relentlessly ambitious in our efforts to serve our customers. We have a strong focus on time, quality and delivery in order to create a feeling of partnership with our customers. We make a sale depending on our customer’s sales success, so we have to make sure that we give them the best possible products,” Søren says. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? As Application/Product Manager, you work with our Small OEM Programme which serves small and medium customers with pump solutions for their products in relation to price, design, technical adjustments etc. Further, you are responsible for the technical dialogue with the customer in order to understand and provide exactly what the customer needs. Another important part of your job is to use your close connection to the customers and the sales force to build an understanding of the market need, convert this knowledge into market offerings, and work on getting these offerings ready for market. Finally, you organise ErP product training to regional responsible colleagues and develop the right conversion setup to ensure a successful ErP conversion with integrated units to be converted. “The main challenge in this position is be commercially oriented towards our customers while also being able to have the technical dialogue with them If you cannot have a professional technical discussion about the products, the sale will not happen,” Søren explains. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You hold a BS or MS in Mechanical, Electronics or Software/Hardware Engineering or a technical field and have 5+ years of experience in product management with OEM technical knowledge and strong commercial experience. Further, you have solid knowledge in product portfolio as well as price and strategy development and good sales reporting and analytical abilities. “As a person, you possess excellent communication and networking skills and are able to train stakeholders on technical and commercial issues as our division and customers are international, it is also important that you thrive in a multicultural environment,” Søren finishes.
