- Research & Development - Denmark - Måløv Analytical Scientist We are seeking a talented and motivated analytical scientist to work with the challenging tasks of establishment of reference material in Research & Development. About the department CMC Analytical Support is part of Chemistry Manufacturing Control Development (CMC Development) in R&D, and besides general analysis support we are responsible for structural characterization, reference material establishment as well as analyses of leachables and extractables, supporting both diabetes and biopharmaceutical projects in the development phases. Our department is located in Måløv and consists of 71 employees divided into 5 teams. You will be a part of the Reference Material team and together with four dedicated colleagues you will establish all reference materials, supporting development projects within the project portfolio throughout the clinical phases up to market launch. The position As Reference Material Coordinator in CMC Analytical Support you will be responsible for driving the process of developing and establishing our reference materials for all development projects. Your primary tasks will be to coordinate the production and analysis of the reference materials, evaluating data using statistical tools, producing the supporting documentation, as well as the implementation and maintenance of the reference materials. You will coordinate analytical tasks within the function, therefore you will conclude and evaluate on analytical data produced in other departments. You will be supporting the stability of reference materials and refine this process in the team. You will participate in several diabetes and biopharmaceutical project teams - in a dynamic and creative environment - dedicated to the development of analytical methods. As part of the multidisciplinary project team you will contribute with your expertise and be responsible for developing the reference material strategy as part of the overall analytical strategy for each project. You will be responsible for transferring the know-how to our colleagues in Product Supply, when the products enter the market. Qualifications You have an academic degree within a relevant field of expertise (MSc. Pharm, Scient, Med. or similar). You have experience from the pharmaceutical industry and know-how within analytical development and GMP. Strong writing skills in English, excellent coordination skills and interest in working with reference materials are prerequisite. Knowledge of working with LEAN is considered an advantage. As a person you are able to manage several tasks simultaneously, are positive with good collaboration skills, quality-minded and flexible, result-oriented and interested in details and able to work independently in a dynamic department.
