Wij zoeken een nieuwe collega om ons Nederlandse administratieteam te versterken.
Wij zijn op zoek naar naar een postief en open persoon, die altijd bereid is om te helpen in deze energieke onderneming.
Wij verwachten dat jij betrokken bent en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor je taken. Verder verwachten wij dat je serviceminded bent en wilt werken in de klantenservice. Daarbij horen administratieve werkzaakheden tot jouw takenpakket. Het is belangrijk dat jij je schriftelijk goed kunt uitdrukken in het Nederlands. Aangezien de voertaal binnen de onderneming Engels is, verwachten wij ook dat jouw Engelse vaardigheden op peil zijn. Daarnaast verwachten wij dat jij goed overweg kunt met een computer en een stabiele arbeidskracht bent.
Als administatief supporter zullen je dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit:
- uitstekende service bieden aan onze klanten en alle sales, adminstratieve en boekhoudkundige vragen beantwoorden (voornamelijk via e-mail)
- afhandelen van incasso zaken en contact onderhouden met ons incassobureau
- brieven en faxen beantwoorden
- beantwoorden van eventuele telefonische contacten en sporadisch klanten opbellen
- diverse ad-hoc administratieve werkzaamheden
