The Vivino marketplace is already available in 10 countries with 300,000 products and we’re looking for a new data oriented team member with editing skills to join the Merchandising Team. You will help us keep our database’s quality high and bring the wines to life with great content & storytelling.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and organised wine connoisseur, enthusiastic about contributing to the maintenance of our Database and passionate about writing.

The position is available at our office in Copenhagen, where you will join an environment with 26 nationalities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage information about thousands of wineries and improve the quality of our marketplace
  • Enrich and verify our wine database of 10 million wines
  • Work closely with our support teams to improve customer experience
  • Produce engaging content around the wines with merchandising perspective
  • Build exciting product themes that engage people and select the wines for them, so people can find wines with great value-for-money on any budget

Your profile

  • Digital and media enthusiast who loves keeping up with wine and is excited about how technology is shaping our future
  • Considerable wine knowledge
  • You have good data skills and are both structured and able to work smart on an enormous wine database to maximize your impact
  • Detail oriented with a passion for the quality of your work and good online research skills
  • Creative talent with experience in writing and/or editing with the ability of engaging people with a merchandising oriented approach
  • Fluent in English in writing and speaking required
  • Eager to help creating an amazing user experience for millions of people around the world
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and ability to work effectively in a team environment at a fast-paced company
