Do you have the skills and experience to ensure high technical quality of Well Integrity management? Then you might be the Specialist we are looking for. DONG E&P, a subsidiary of DONG Energy, conducts upstream operations in oil and gas. We operate and participate in a wide range of offshore exploration and production activities in Denmark, the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Norway and the United Kingdom (mainly West of Shetlands). DONG E&P has experienced significant growth in recent years and is facing exciting new challenges across our expanding portfolio of exploration, development and producing assets, including development of the Hejre HPHT reservoir. Areas of responsibility The Well Integrity Engineering position is based in the Production technology Team which is part of the Danish Subsurface Department located in Copenhagen. You will be responsible for ensuring that the wells are operated in a safe and efficient manner and that the wells are fit for their intended service and in compliance with Danish legislation, recognized standards and company requirements. Your main tasks will include to: • Be responsible for monitoring and reporting on well integrity • Ensure that maintenance operations and procedures are in compliance with mandatory and company requirements • Ensure that well integrity is maintained and improved • Perform risk management • Ensure that essential documents are kept updated • Serve as knowledge base and advisor on technical issues and legislation and standards • Develop and maintain the company well integrity management system • Liaise with internal parties on well integrity related issues • Define well integrity requirements to HPHT well operations • Provide well integrity requirements to completion design that account for the entire lifecycle of wells Your Profile You hold a degree from a recognized university, or technical college. Personnel with significant industry experience, combined with specialist knowledge, would also fulfil the requirements. Ideally, you will have industry experience within one or more of the following; Well Operations, Well Service, Completion & Drilling, Production Technology. Professional experience desirable: • 5-15 years of relevant working experience • Strong technical background, able to work independently • Good understanding of completion equipment, well head and xmas tree components • HPHT experience • Experience within risk management • IT-Literate (preferably experienced Prosper and WellCat user) • Good understanding of the E&P Business drivers • Fluent in English – Oral and written • Problem solving skills • A flexible team player with good communication skills We offer We offer an exciting and challenging role in a large company with growing activities and challenges.
