The department Jack & Jones´ shop-in-shop team is responsible for developing, installing and supporting shop-in-shop solutions for our key accounts worldwide. We have more than 400 shops in 12 countries and a substantial growth potential. A new concept is currently being developed supporting our 5 brands Originals, Core, Vintage, Premium and Tech. To reinforce this growth and concept roll-out, we are looking for a new colleague for our team at Jack & Jones´ headquarters in Brande. The position As Visual Merchandiser & Trainer, you are responsible for a dedicated portfolio of key accounts in Germany. Your objective is to ensure that Jack & Jones´ values are conveyed to give consumers the best shopping experience. You work closely with the sales and merchandising organization in Germany, and train in product knowledge, styling and service in workshops. With your knowledge and skills you support the adaptation of monthly merchandising manuals and guidelines and ensure that these are implemented and optimized by the country merchandisers with their customers. Furthermore your tasks include: - On-site training of shop sales staff - Support sales teams in buying process to ensure an optimal product mix, styling and stock rotation in stores. - Follow-up on sales performance and KPIs with our German team to ensure progress Qualifications - Some years of experience with merchandising and training from an established retail brand. You could also have a background as a sales person in a department store, whereby you have gained thorough knowledge to the operations of shop-in-shop concepts. - You have preferably studied or worked in Germany. - Fluent in English written and spoken. - Preferably fluent in German and/or another foreign language. Personality As the position by nature is extrovert, you have an open and outgoing mind-set with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You know the importance of building a network with colleagues and customers in order to succeed. You have a natural respect around your person, as you will be the functional link to our country merchandisers. You are capable of converting your creativity into practical working solutions with a structured and persistent approach.
