Tasks & responsibilities: You will...

...be an important member of the Transport Department servicing the entire organisation within the transport and customs area. Your main task in the Transport Team will be the operational part in connection with transporting our main components by sea transport from our manufacturing facilities to our pre-assembly sites. Your role will be to support and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders as we are expanding to new markets in Europe and abroad. You will also be involved in the daily operation with a broad range of project transport related tasks.

Additional responsibilities:

• Daily contact to transport suppliers, vessel owners, ports, marine warranty surveyors and agents
• Assist in chartering of heavy lift and coaster vessels
• Assist with issuance of export documentation
• Monitor and handle return shipments of Transport Tools
• Assist in maintaining partnerships with strategic transport suppliers

As a person, you can stay calm and determined during busy periods. You are responsible and result-driven, and you have good communication skills.

• Are focused on Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
• Are familiar with the vessel chartering environment and the different vessel types
